I had all four of my kids via Caesars too, and it really isn't what I ever wanted either. My "failed VBACs" left me feeling pretty craptacular, but I also found comfort in baby wearing; I love what you've said about 'feeling like the best mum in the world'. Yep - we certainly are!!!
